Water temperature 77 F. Fishing at Castaic is fair/good with bites changing from day to day. There are still Striper boils in the mornings (usually between 6:45 am and 11:00 am) around C point, The West Ramp, and Jet Ski buoys. Largemouth Bass are biting on Senkos and crank baits around Hawk’s Nest and the shoreline to the right of the main ramp. Catfish are biting deep on Nightcrawlers and Mackerel at the end of the fish arm. The water level is currently at 1399’.
