Halibut, stripers in San Pablo Bay

Wind died down and bay became calm by mid-week. Red Rocks is the striped bass hot spots. A lot of 5 to 8 pound stripers are being caught. A few halibut are in the same spot. San Quentin is loaded with stripers, but most are 15 to 16 inches. When the tides are right, the Brothers are a good spot. Loch Lomond Marina (415) 456-0321
