Captain Tino Valentine called in with an audio update from the Freedom out of 22nd Street Landing in San Pedro, CA. We had excellent fishing and excellent weather too. Today we caught 114 Yellowtail. We probably hooked 175 Yellowtail. They ranged from 6 to 30 pounds. We also has 32 Bonito, 26 Calico Bass, 2 Barracuda, 15 Boccacio, 12 Red Snapper, 61 assorted Rockfish, 1 Sculpin and 2 Black Seabass (released).
We have plenty of room tonight.

Capt Tino checked in from the Freedom and has decided to name today as strictly Warfare and we are covered from head to toe in blood. We did not stop pulling on Yellowtail and Bonito for 7 hours straight. We ended with 155 Yellowtail and 135 Bonito, we probably had around 250 hook ups and lost some and lost around 25 to the sealions, so they got their share.
