Big cats are the big story here at Skinner this week, with several cats over 10 pounds being reported. The big cats are hitting chicken liver and are coming in near the dam and inlet. Stocker cats are biting from shore deep off of points near ramp #2 and are hitting cut mackerel, good striper action in the morning near inlet and marina off of anchovies. Some small boils reported in late afternoon in the East End. Bass and Gills are being caught, but are deep and nerd to be hunted.

Rate the action based over the past week:
Bass: Fair Avg. Size: 3-4 lbs
Bluegill: Fair Avg. Size: 1-1 1/2 lbs
Carp: Fair
Catfish: Excellent Avg. Size: 3-6lbs
Crappie: Poor
Striper: Good Avg. Size: 2-3lbs
Trout: Poor

Cats are on the bite at the lake. Ramp # 2 area is the best from shore with stocker size cats coming in off cut mackerel. Bigger cats coming in near the dam and inlet off chicken liver. Cats are on the bite, coming in on chicken liver and mackerel at the inlet and dam as well as off the shore near ramp #2.
