Stocker trout are providing dependable action from the shore at Launch Ramp Z. Boating anglers are bringing in full bags of catfish and striped bass. Early morning topwater fishing is outrageously fun! Mid-day trolling is producing some decent striper.

These are the following ratings:
Bass: Good with an Average size of 3 pounds.
Bluegill: Good with an Average size of 1 pound.
Carp: Fair with an Average size of 4 pounds.
Catfish: Excellent with an Average size of 4 pounds.
Striper: Excellent with an Average size of 3 pounds.
Trout: Excellent with an average size of 2 pounds.

The Trout opener proved to be a great success. Anglers have been reporting the best results from Spinner Baits and Marshmallow/ Nightcrawler set- ups. The first Trout plant of the season is Thursday, November 06, 2008. Catfish are still the major story this week, boating anglers are getting striper in the early morning hours on topwater.
