Fishing has slowed down overall with less fish being reported. The boils are still going but has been off and on depending on the day.
The stripers caught have been decent sizes though, ranging anywhere between 5-8 pounds. Some anglers have also been able to catch a few on the troll and down deep using worms and cut bait.
The largemouth have mainly been boiling in the early morning and in the later evenings, but also pop up here and there during the day as well/ there has been good sizes being pulled out if you are able to get them to bite. Flukes and some reaction style baits have been doing the trick. Some anglers have been drop shooting shad color worms and have been doing well too.
The catfish are still biting off chicken liver and mackerel with the good old nightcrawler working too.
Trout has slowed down a tad, but anglers have been managing a couple off the trolling with lead-core lines. White files and spoons have been doing the job.
The bluegill and crappie are still going steady with a wax worm or piece of a nightcrawler working best.
