Jess Ranch delivered 1,200 lbs of trout on Monday. Fishing has been terrific. Mt. Lassen is bringing 1,000 lbs this week.

So much for spring. As I sit here writing this it has been snowing for about 10 hours. The pear and plum trees have been in full bloom and will probably freeze tonight. But that is life in the country. It should be a nice week though.

Greetings from Lake Cuyamaca. Our tackle shop hours are 8am to 4pm. Weekend hours are 6am to 4:30pm. February special is a motor boat rental all day $25.00. Trouts have been biting the last few days. the regular night crawlers and power bait seems to work well. Greetings from Lake Cuyamaca. Our February special is motor boat rental all day $25.00. The gusty winds have kept the anglers away. It has been pretty quiet up here. Those that have wet a line have been very successful. Lots of limits have been taken. Flea of Descanso limited out with the largest of 2 pounds using nitecrawlers.
