Ron Baker called in to let us know, "I just wanted that I just started the primetime Calico Bass freelance trip. We leave every afternoon at 3:30 PM. I've been fishing the last week or so, over the weekend we just had stellar fishing. We had nice anchovies in the receivers and the bass fishing was just great. Limit fishing catch a lot of fish.
You know that 3:30 trip Chad is just perfect timing for the guy who wants to catch Calico Bass. You get the fish that love about 3.5 hours of daylight, we get back here about 9:00 - 9:30.
So it is all good, the price is $45, just call the landing and get your reservations in 619-223-1627. The fishing has been good, you know last year that was a great run. When the water is warm enough and the tanks are full of 'chovies fishing has been so good. Hope to see you guys on the boat."
