The water temperature is 50 – 52 degrees.
Striper: Low Action: Using Shad from Skinner has been very successful for many anglers the past few weeks. Also try using swim baits, and other topwaters over at the East End.
Bluegill: Medium Action: Blue gill are starting to bite.
Nightcrawlers have been working well for Blue Gill over near Launch Ramp 1.
Catfish: Low Action: Go deep waters, over at the north shore using chicken livers or anchovies.
Large Mouth: Low Action: Large Mouth action has been slow, but some are being caught around Ramp 1, along the North Shore and around any flooded tules. Try using crank baits, jigs, and Nightcrawlers.
Trout: Medium Action: Small half pounders are being caught near Launch Ramp 2.
Carp: No Action: Stop by the camp store or marina and share your fishing stories with us and get a picture taken so we can post it on FB.
