Hello Anglers, The gang has been enjoying flat calm weather and sunny skies down here at the islands with pretty good yellowtail fishing to go with it. Many of our group are first timers so we had a great time watching them catch their first yellowtail. It's also nice to see some kids out here having fun with their dads. We will give this one more day down here before we start working our way back toward San Diego. Here are some pictures from the past two days..... JUSTIN

Canyon Lake 5-day trip

Hello Anglers, We departed yesterday on our Canyon Lake 5-day trip with a brand new group of anglers. We decided to start our trip off offshore where we had a little bit of action on school sized tuna. Greeted by biting yellowtail!

Hello Anglers, Yesterday we arrived at Cedros Island around three in the afternoon, and were greeted by biting yellowtail. We had good action throughout the day with fish up to 25#. The best action came on fly lined sardines and yo-yo jigs. Today we are traveling up the line to make our 0600 ETA tomorrow back at Fisherman's Landing. The weather is grease calm. MIKE......
